Hi everyone,

I have a Kx-T7730 Panasonic telephone system and along with the PBX of Panasonic itself installed and i wanted to set a welcome message such that all the incoming calls first hear the "welcome message" and them either dial the desired extension or reach the receptionist.

I have been going through various links available over the internet but none shows me the keys needed to be pressed for using that functionality i have also chekced out the manual provided along with my phone and it aswell have nothing specified in it.Please can anyone assist me in sorting this issue.Appreciate it.

cheers :)

So you want an auto-attendant set up on you Panasonic PABX? What model is the system? is it a TEM-XXX or something like that?
They need to have a auto attendant card in them for that functionality and it isn't a simple thing to set up as all the programming is done by the phone. Do you have the programming overlay for the phone? You will have an even harder time if you don't have that.
