Hey guys

I am looking at getting a Vesa Monitor Desk mount for 2 monitors (a 23 inch and a 27 inch). I was wondering if anyone here has got any of these sorts of mounts and if they can recommend me a good place to get a mount from.

Also, are there any gotchas that i should be weary off. eg the monitors not fitting or something. Since one of my monitors is a 27 inch monitor, it would suck to get a mount and the monitor does not fit on it!

Both my monitors are from the Dell Ultrasharp range (U2713HM and U2311 i think)

Thanks!

Jaycar sells some including a dual stand (maybe not for 2 large monitors though), or try eBay (UK has fast shipping 1 week, US is useless, and China takes a month+). If the holes are the same spacing, then it should fit fine. Make sure of the weight rating. Personally I would bolt the mounts to the desk instead of using the clamp that comes with it. A solid pole is better than an articulated arm, unless you spend lots of money on a good quality one.

27" is pretty big to mount on a monitor arm. you might struggle to find one that doesnt cost $400+ that will handle it....

for 23" monitors, this bractek one isnt bad for the price. we have a bunch of them at the office:
