How about getting one of those phone wallet's for your phone?

I dont carry around a wallet anymore but rather use a "phone wallet"
If I loose my wallet, I loose my phone. And I can find its location via google play

No idea about what to do with your keys though. Maybe buy one of those keyless cars

There's this product, which isn't launched yet though:  http://www.thetileapp.com/

There are some products you can get direct from China, but some have minimum order quantities and you would be taking a bit of a gamble, e.g. http://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?SearchText=bluetooth+key+finder&catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20130926180931

Or this one that is designed in New Zealand:  http://www.lintek.co.nz/products_show.asp?seq=3&title_seq=0&mid_seq=0

Android 4.3 supports BLE, so one can hope. Most of the flagship models (HTC One, Galaxy S3/S4) support BT4.0 already, though.
