Imagine, a woman moves her arms or shuffles her feet and creates a sound out of thin air. That is my goal/project. I am a choreographer with an incredible idea, but don't know how to go about achieving it. I want to creating a new form of dance and movement using sounds created by the performers. In the past I used triggers attached to a backboard and each time you hit the board it created a sound.
Question: Is there a electronic device or gadget that can transmit signals to create sounds? I'm not familiar with electrons, so any help or direction would be appreciated. Where do I begin?
