hi all,

I've had a good search around the forum and within google but can't seem to find a definitive answer to what I am after.  I think since I am searching the incorrect terms since this is new to me.

so, long question short, I've just ordered one of these:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008ZKPWC8/ref=pe_385040_30332190_TE_3p_M3T1_ST1_dp_1

and am after a power supply that won't fry it

any suggestions?

i found this:
http://www.dicksmith.co.nz/adaptors-power-supplies/international-power-adaptor-5-23v-dsnz-m9926

but it only goes to 23v so I'm unsure if that is what I am after.

Any tips appreciated, and apologies in advance if this has been covered multiple times ... gulp

Cheers,
Jerry

I've found a picture from one of the distributors showing the power adapter that comes with it has a standard figure-8 removable mains cable. It says universal input (100V-240V), so you just need to get a new cable or replace the plug at the end. Rating is 24V 1A.
