I'm after a high capacity dual USB wall charger like the one in the following link:

http://www.laserco.net/products/power-devices/usb-charging/PW-USB48A-WHT

I've tried to source the above item but it doesn't appear to be available yet.  Has anyone come across a similar item here in NZ?

How high capacity do you need? Antec do a charging hub with 2x2.amp and 2x1amp ports if that's any help.

All the others I've found only have 1 2A+ port and then 1 - 3 1A ports.

Hi,

I'm after something around the same capacity as the Laser one I linked too. Just a standard wall charger for portability.

Cheers.

It's not quite what you're after but 1 x 2amp and 1 x 1amp http://dx.com/p/dual-usb-au-plug-power-adapter-for-iphone-5-white-110-240v-183293

I have a couple of them and they seem good quality, and fairly cheap.

Thanks.  This is close but not quite there.  I want something to be able to charge 2 iPads easily and reasonably quickly.  Although I'm no expert in this area, I believe I really need 2 x ~2A outputs to achieve this (just like the Laser one provides).

I kind of went through this exercise recently and ended up with those ones from dx.com so if you find dual 2amp charges I'd be keen to know where.

Thanks, this is good to know.  I will keep my eye on the Laser ones and hopefully they will eventually be released :)

Am I missing something here? The one that Inphinity linked to fits the bill. 2 x 2.4A @ $39.95

Not sure the one from Antec qualify's as a "wall charger" though, and it's $65. Seems to have a separate power supply/input and doesn't plug directly into a wall socket.
