I don't suppose anyone has any experience with these panels to help me work out if there are any terminals I could use to tell my home automation system if the alarm is armed or has been triggered?

Failing that my last resort it to tap into the LEDs on the alarm keypad......

you can programme arm indication to an output, sorry i can't remember the programming address for this.
You probably will need a to use a sub relay for a dry output to your automation equipment
