I've just purchased a Ubiquiti unifi UVC to Trial in a loading dock at work.
Quite impressed with the software side of things. Unfi Video is very plug n play and easy to setup. This camera is 720p 30fps with IR. There is a pro version as well with 1080p and optical zoom. I'm running the software on a virtual box on HyperV.
Will be mounting it this week. Probably can't comment on the mic being in an industrial environment as there will be a lot of background noise. If this works OK we will get a 3 pack and cover other parts of the building.
Retail from Go WiFi is $210+gst
They have an older Aircam model as well but watch out as it doesn't have Infrared
