Maybe use the NZ contact page on the Gigaset website?

Atlas Gentech are the main suppliers for Gigaset. Might be hard to deal with them if you aren't a reseller.

Where did you buy it?

Harvey Norman Christchurch in 2010, but I don't think they handle them now.

Contacted Atlas Gentech yesterday afternoon. Yes they had a new charger . Received it this morning before 8.00am There wasn't even an invoice for it or even the courier cost. In my mind Gigaset phones are exceptional quality and the service from Atlas Gentech cannot be faulted. winktongue-outsmile

I've been very impressed with my Gigaset phones too, and it's great to hear of the exceptional service you got from Atlas Gentech.

Good to hear Atlas Gentech sorted it for you. I've been dealing with them for close to 5 years now and have zero complaints.
