Hey guys

I'm working on a little project for work.

Pretty much we have 2 ip cameras that our software takes pictures from to join with an order. I can currently login to the cameras ip, click mutiview and view the 2 cameras at like 5fps and drag the IE window over to monitor '4'

The tricky part.

It runs on a locked network, only allowed equipment. Meaning I have to use the main PC to run this
It currently has 4 Video outputs, 1 Main Monitor, and 2 driving 2 different screens, a different app on each. These 2 apps auto go the correct output each time. The computer restarts every night at 3am, and all the apps start on startup and go to correct screens. And these screens are in another room.

Are there any IP cam viewers that will do multi view happily on startup on the correct video output every restart?
The current software driving the 2 monitors is custom built for my work, so has that capability built in.

I'm thinking that this is a big stretch

try that? do the cameras not come with their own software so you don't have to use a web browser?

Almost perfect. Except I'm telling the grid to go to Display 4 and it doesn't move. I can drag to display 4, but upon restarting it, it just comes back to 1.

Hmm I remember there being an app that you could use to force apps to go to specific screens when opened.
Unfortunately cant remember the name of it, will hunt around for it.

Try having it not in full-screen mode when you close it, see if it then opens on the second screen.  Then maximize it and close it.  I have that issues with a few applications including MS Outlook, when maximized it will not update the registry with the current screen location.

No :/

And iSpy does have a Display on Display option, but it doesn't seem to work unless I'm missing something

Blue Iris is a full on NVR software but it very flexible and can be made to do stuff on startup in terms of what it displays. It can be run as a Windows service too.

Has support for pretty much any IP camera around.

It is paid software but only $60.

check the settings of the various software you're using. pretty sure the one I linked to supports multiple monitors.
