I used it using VNC. Works well, but honestly speaking from user experience (UX) perspective it gives poor results: considerable latency on input, slow screen update when scrolling, some color artefact, etc. This was on wired network, so I think it was raspberry itself or vnc client problem rather then network. May be RDP will be better though.
