I'm looking at a few fuse holders with ratings listed as: 250V 6.3A 2.5W

Such as:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/20mm-PANEL-MOUNT-FUSEHOLDER-250V/dp/B005ERERLM

http://www.littelfuse.com/~/media/electronics/datasheets/fuse_holders/littelfuse_fuse_holder_570_571_576_datasheet.pdf.pdf

Am I correct in assuming that the 2.5W refers to the heat that can be dissipated from around the fuse itself; and not the total power that can be supplied through it (250V*6.3A=1575W) ??

If so what do I need to look for when selecting appropriate fuses as many spec sheets don't seem to list fuse internal resistance / wattage; or is this not really an issue?
