Used to have one but it got lost in a move.

 

It's a gizmo\clip\arm that holds an A4 sheet of paper and sticks onto the side or top of a monitor.

 

There's one here: http://www.fishpond.co.nz/c/Stationery/p/Innovera%C2%AE+Swing+Arm+Copyholder

 

But customers are saying it falls off after a short time.

 

Anybody know where I can buy a good one?

Generally when people say things fall off it is because they didnt properly clean the surface with alcohol before sticking things on. It and "hard to install" are things I tend to ignore in user reviews.
