Is anyone else having problems viewing Alert videos? seems to be happening more often to me.
Can't play or download them, all I see is a short piece of the video.

It's just the name cleverloop uses for the video it records when the camera is activated by movement

I have had it a couple of times, normally it's if I try and view it to soon after the alarm (video still uploading to the cloud server)?

My issue at the moment is the geo fencing and alerts not coming in fast for android.
Geo fencing is so far off that I can be traveling down the motorway km's away and it says I'm in zone.
Also cleaner was in today and the flatmate got alerts on his iPhone but my android device did not at all. I only notice the cleaner was there after opening up the app.

I kind of wish they had an advance mode to select where the video's upload too (onedrive, google drive etc).

It would also be good if you could use wifi to disarm the system i.e. once my phone connects to the same wireless network as the cameras or network as the base station the system disarms, when i turn off wifi or go out of range it arms again.

The latest one's I can't view are from Saturday, a couple of days ago, I see an intruder in my backyard in the quick thumbnail. But can't see any more.

I've stopped using Geofence, just have to remember to turn it on an off manually each day. Losing faith in this product.

I have not had that.  I did have one that I left for a hour or 2.  Can you force close the app and reopen it?

What device are you using?
