Damn you Amazon, I can't justify this after buying the original Oasis last year!

And the price of the international one (no ads) *just* exceeds the GST/Customs threshold so I'd get stung importing it direct.

Kindle Oasis 2

Yeah I looked at it. I won't be switching from my Oasis this time around. I love my Oasis, but yeah, not this time.

Yeah, I think I'll be the same. Will see what next years offering is like. These premium models are getting a bit pricey for an annual upgrade.

But for anyone who was considering pulling the trigger on a Oasis 1, these added features might be enough to get an Oasis 2 across the line.

I am extremely glad that I bought my Oasis 1 when it was first released (so have been enjoying it for over a year), because if I had only bought it a month or two ago I would be so gutted by this.

Heh, yeah, same. I love my Oasis, but I do find that with what I'd consider medium sized hands, it's a tiny bit too small to hold completely comfortably. I find it a little.. Unbalanced maybe?
