I bought them 2015 March with the Panasonic charger with the individual charging banks. I use them for my AAA powered Gillette razor.  I hardly use the Eneloops.  I have 2 other AAA that I use so the Eneloops just sit in the bathroom drawer as backup so they don't get that much wear and tear and Eneloops are reputed of having long shelf lives.  Today 2 of the other AAAs ran out of juice so I grabbed the 2 Eneloops but they were dead also.

I probably charged them 4 or so months ago and today they are dead at least the Gillette razor doesn't work.  Eneloop markets them with very long shelf life.  Wikipedia says after one year they hold 90% of charge and after 3yr they hold 75%.

What is your experience with them?

I charge mine every 6 months or so. Some I got in 2012 are still working fine.

I have / had some of the older style of NiMH. They tend to last 5 - 10 years if you treat them well. I use a Maha charger, which is better for the batteries than the cheap fast charger that Eneloop sells.
