Hi there,
I have not long moved into a place with a moisture master. I can't seem to change the settings on it, it's like it's locked.

Does anyone know much about these?

DaveB beat me to it.  Why not just ring Moisture Master and ask them.  Based in Dunedin http://www.moisturemaster.co.nz/contact/

I'm not quite that silly lol ;) I did try there with no luck.

I have one, but don't think I can be much help with settings. Ours doesn't have settings, just three switches (power, heat, fan speed) and a separate thermostat for the heater. What I can tell you is that they switch off completely when the roof space gets to a certain temperature - I think around 24 degrees. Don't turn it off unless it's very warm and dry weather. If it has a heater, that can be expensive to run and won't heat the house by itself, but it prevents the air coming in from getting too cold. And don't forget to change the filter.

So the people that actually make the system can't tell you how it works or what might be wrong?.... WOW!
