Hi all

Have a friend whos IPOD doesnt want to switch on. Apparently there is a button sequence to use?
Please can anyone advise if this is true?

(Of course we have charged it up fully).

Have you looked on the apple website?

They have something called the '5 R's' which you can follow. Without knowing the model of iPod there is nothing else we can do to help.
