I have had the Yale YDM4019 digital lock for 3-4 years and it has been working fine. However, yesterday, it started playing up and now it wont auto-lock when the door is closed. The setting was always on auto-lock.

I changed the setting to manual lock but even that does not allow me to lock the door from outside by putting my palm on the keypad (it just beeps with the numbers lighting up).

The lock unlocks fine with the fingerprint or the keypad, it just wont lock. I am currently just locking it with the emergency key but there are only 2 keys, so not ideal.

Has anyone had similar issues with any Yale digital lock?
