My wife is looking for some over the ear headphones for the gym.  Something that would block out the gym music.  She can't stand head phones in the ear.

Bluetooth would be a plus, having the option for wired would be a huge plus.

Anyone have any recommendations? Sound quality not a major issue (not an audiophile).

Budget under $100

My go tos are suicen ax698 from AliExpress. About $30. Can get them with fm and/or sd as well as Bluetooth.

Over the ear, behind the head ones. Cheap enough to sweat all over or get wet in the rain.

I bought some headphones for my wife for the gym. Did some research and decided on the Plantronics BackBeat FIT 500. I bought them from Amazon which was the cheapest I could find them - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075ZC7FHT/. Current price on Amazon inc shipping is $135 which isn't too far off your budget.

This post has more details about them - https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-workout-headphones/
