Does anyone have any experience with these devices?  Has an app, and electrical rating of 240V 10A/50Hz used for turning traditional wall switches into a Wi-Fi switch.

It was purchased from Jaycar in Wellington.  Electrician wants an sdoc before installing it but Jaycar says it's not their responsibility to supply one.

So, I asked the sales guy at Jaycar for the sdoc before we purchased, and he said something to the effect that they weren't obligated to supply one since I didn't have to connect it to the mains!  WTF?  Maybe he meant I could connect it the power from a generator or something...  It's distributed by techbrands.com which is the wholesale arm of Jaycar.

Honestly, don't waste your money with these. They're crap. They emit the most annoying high pitched beep when they're not connected to wifi during setup and when they disconnect from wifi at 2am in the morning.
