Is anyone successfully using Tidal via their amazon Alexa device?

It appears Tidal is not approved for Alexa in NZ (even tho the actual service is up and running in NZ) - can anyone confirm this?

I can add Tidal as a skill in Alexa but when I prompt Alexa to play something via Tidal (instead of Spotify) I get a reply saying Tidal is not approved.

I just want to make sure there's nothing incorrect in my Amazon config - as I was a very early adopter of Alexa.
