Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with the cordless vacuums from Xiao Mi, I know the common Roidmi F8 is being used but I just purchased the Dreame V9 and waiting to be delivered.

Any feedbacks would be great :)

Not much response to your question, but keen to hear your take on the Dreame  V9 once you receive it.

Received it.

Its great so far apart from obviously it doesn't run as long as a corded. The suction is great on MAX and there's 3 settings in terms of power.

There's 3 different roller heads and the bed roller is great, picked up all my dogs hair and I used it for the car as well.

Pulling back when vacuuming seems like there's a bit of friction but maybe because its new.

How big is your place? What has it replaced for you? I'm just considering ordering one of these two options, or a Dyson V6

I've got the Dyson V10 and really recommend it if you're going this route. The V10 and V11 are well worth the money IMO.

Hi,

Where did you get the Dreame V9 from? And do you know the differences between that and the Roidmi? Like are they basically the same thing for different markets or is one newer than the other? Considering getting one but finding it hard to find info about them!

Thanks

Got it from aliexpress.

Yeah so it's around the same but I believe the v9 is better. The roller head it comes with is better for non carpet areas. I just bought another brush head for the carpet and waiting for it to arrive.

The seller said it's for roidmi mainly but I measured and it has the same length so am sure it will fit my v9

Had the Dyson V11 for over a month now and it is amazing. I realise its very expensive but it is so easy to use whenever there is a mess. Well worth it for the convenience. I just hope it lasts a long time so I get good value from it.

Dyson is really good but for the price I think it's over marketed. I bought the v9 for 300+. Just compare the specs I reckon.

Thanks. Never bought something this big from AliExpress before. I’m guessing there’s no warranty if anything goes wrong?

Another question - is the v9 like the Dyson in that you have to keep pressing the trigger to keep it powered? Hurts my finger lol

Yep it's the same.

There's warranty however you'll need to send it back to China. Tbh I haven't bought something that was expensive and didn't work. These things aren't even worth manufacturers to copy it so it's original.

Will the carpet roller from the Roidmi F8 fit on the head of the Dreame V9? I just ordered a Dreame V9, but I need a vacuum specifically for carpeted areas. Can you please confirm that this worked for you? Information on these Xiaomi sub-brands is really hard to find, so thank you!
