What does everybody here recommend for a portable battery bank with the ability to plug in AC adapters? 

I noticed some stated that it could do pass-through charging, but does this/can this work like a UPS? In other words, can I use pass-through charging then if the mains charging the battery bank goes off, automatically switch to its battery without turning anything connected to it off?
