Hi all, so I brought one of these recently, great little machine, but I cannot find who sells the replacement mops heads.  I tried Noel Leeming, who sells the machines, but they don't seem to know.

I did find ishopirobot.co.nz, which is owned by IXL, but I cannot tell if this is a real or scam site.

Anyone used them, or any other hints as to where to get the mop heads?  I also tried Amazon but they are not shipping the parts I need to NZ at the moment.

Did you do a whois lookup on shopirobot.co.nz?

Are the cheapies off aliexpress no good? I know that the knockoffs for the other roomba cleaners are all good from there.

That matches the contact information on their site:

Head Office
1-15 Wood Street,
South Geelong,
Melbourne, VIC 3220
Australia

However, when I start to Google 'ishipirobot' the autocomplete is 'ishipirobot is a scam' , hence the questions.  But thanks for the lookup, the info LOOKS real, but I am not an expert on WhoIs records.

I thought of this, and there are some on Amazon, but, from what I understand the 'real' ones have a additive in them that mixes with the water, and cleans better.  The reusable ones don't have this.  These are the ones I want:

https://www.amazon.com/iRobot-Braava-Jet-cleaning-cloths/dp/B01MQTQE0O/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=braava+jet+240+pads&qid=1591485997&sr=8-15

Ok, so I did even more digging, and found (eventually) that iRobot's main site lists IXL as the NZ distributor.  But it wasn't easy to find!

I will contact them and see what happens.  I will keep the thread alive (as I couldn't find any other threads on Geekzone with this info).
