I got my wife Xiaomi Airdots from PBTech for xmas. They worked fine for 8 months until they started rattling. PBTech replaced them but my wife can't get the new ones to pair properly - they seem to want to let you pair with either the left or the right earbud, but not both. She's gone through the reset / pair procedure a few times with no luck. I haven't had a look yet, but has anyone done this or have any tips?

I tried following the instructions with my phone and it worked. I then tried with my wife's phone and it worked. We compared procedures and they were the same, we were doing the same thing. Not a clue why it worked for me but not her.

FYI, as an owner of these personally I can confirm you only need to pair one, the reason two show is so you can have only one ear in and not the other.

Personally I only have the Right one paired to phone, but when you take the left one out of the case both join together and work perfect.

Yep, you pair to the right and both work. My wife was doing that, not sure why it wasn't working for her.
