Any advice what will be the best & cheapest system?

I have a community centre where everyone can go in. They need to put a code to enter the centre. Usually people will call me to get the code.

However I want to setup a system where they can text / QR code / they'll get the code to the centre. Essentially i want to have an extra security perhaps the system will send the code if we have the mobile no or email no associated with the code retrieval.

Any idea? Suggestion? It's a charity org so cost is extremely important.

Are you just needing a way for people to request / receive a code, or do you also need a code-based lock to integrate with it?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

The code will always be the same - we will have to change this manually every few months (manual lockpad).

But given the guests using the place will be travellers, we don't know them. Usually they'll call and we gave them the code. I want to make it easier - they can text a number and a code will be sent to them OR via email.
