On the back plane of these cabinets there are rows of holes. Any idea where to look for mounting pins/hooks/stand-offs that fix into the holes and can be used to mount equipment, route cable, etc.

 

In mine I have an angled bracket with studs that holds RJ45 patch-panel, so looking for similar but in a variety of forms. (No access from the back)

Not sure if this is the intended way to do it but the holes look about the right size for pop rivets...

I think nylon snap rivets or push rivets might be what you are after.
