It's great Amazon AU "opened up" shipping to New Zealand a few months ago for many products but does anyone know why they don't make any of their smart home / Echo / Alexa range available for this?

I know we can buy here through other retailers but they often don't offer the full range or levels of discounts that Amazon often offer through the website.

Interestingly Echo devices have dropped in price across all NZ retailers (Harvey Norman, Noels, PB Tech, JB) from today. Not quite to the Amazon.com.au prices but I can only assume Amazon is subsidizing NZ retailers for Black Friday.

Some nice deals on the Echo Show 8.

Looks like no one sticks the International version of the Fire Sticks any-more.,
