Evening everyone, I recently picked up a broadlink mini 4 for my parents and found no matter what I tried, it wouldn't learn the Sky remote. Has anyone had any experience with this? does the Sky remote not send out normal IR signals?

Not the brand new one, she still has the big old Mysky box, it's a few years old now. Got the heatpump working, standard TV working but nothing from the sky remote at all.
