Hi team, wondering if anyone can share their fav supplier for brass heat inserts - waiting for bulk shipments from Aliexpress is painful.

Been doing some searching but not much luck.

When I do find a supplier I'm almost always greeted by this:

EDIT: add out of stock info

Or you end up with someone that just dropships them to you from their "overseas warehouse"

I have not had much luck locally with anything 3d printing other than filament and resin. Seems there are lots of garage operators selling those and a handful of parts at extreme markups.

That is the things, they are very useful if you're making a 3d print that goes together with bolts, or has something else attach onto it.

I got some soldering iron tips off amazon that go on a hakko clone and they sit nicely on them for inserting. Had to go amazon because I wanted 1/4-20 ones so that the thing I was making could go on a camera tripod.
