Updated my software on  Galaxy watch classic 4 this morning and Samsung health monitor is now available with Ecg and blood pressure enabled for nz set up on watch then did on phone after being prompted and all works ok. Been using Xda dantes setup last 6 months and works identical just need to work out how to uninstall this so no conflicts.
