I have some Dooya DT82TV curtains on the way which I would like to control with Home Assistant and wondering if anyone has any experience controlling them with a 433mhz bridge? Looking for something that isn't to expensive but can't really find much information on what might work. Any help or experience would be much appreciated.

Hi ya

I have some Dooya-ish blinds that have a 433 remote that I wanted to automate.

I ended up managing it with RFLinkGateway www.rflink.nl which utilised a NodeMCU plus RF433 transmitter

It's all working pretty well & controlled by openHAB

Have you seen this?

I have some white labelled version of a Dooya connector AFAIK (it looks like this) and it all works perfectly via the HA integratin linked above.

Enjoy your automatic blinds! I was able to repurpose some Hue Switch to control the blinds in the room, as well as the light... #winning

I have a DD7002B that looks like this, purchased from Roman Blinds Direct in NZ for around $120 in 2021. It integrates with Home Assistant and controls my motorised roman blinds well. If I was doing it again I'd get a higher end model of motor that could stop at specific positions, rather than just up / down controls. I get around that with a stopwatch and delays in HA to close the blinds to the point I want them closed.

Thanks for the help everyone. Seems like the DD7002B bridge is very expensive now so I ended up buying the Tuya Zigbee motors instead as I had only bought two so far to test before doing the whole house. I couldn't get any controls using ZHA but managed to get them to work with Zigbee2MQTT instead.
