My son has a mp3/mp4 player that now cannot see the music on it.
I have deleted all the songs and put some on again and it stil cant see them.
on the mp3/mp4 player when going to music it trys to go to it and then restarts does anyone know what has happened ?

Maybe somehow he has ripped the music as a format the player dosent support ?
As freitasm said though, more info reqd :)

Maybe the files are in a hidden folder so you should hit the settings "show hidden files/folders" in windows?

Like freitasm says, can you give us a bit more information about the type/model ?
