Thinking about selling my 2nd gen ipod touch that is jailbroken. Has a few paid apps and would be sold with a leather case,  Belkin charger , and had a screen protector since new.  What would it be worth?

As the paid apps are linked to your itunes account as soon as somoene else attaches it to their own itunes account the applications are no longer valid/will be removed.

look on trademe.. they are going for about $250 ish

I think you cannot re-sell the applications, is not valid. As LennonNZ said they will be removed. I would suggest you to start a biding too, not from as low as a dollar, but the minimum you are satisfied and fair with.

It depends on the capacity and if you purchased an extended warrenty with it. As a guide a friend recently sold a a 16GB one with a 1 year warrenty for $300. It was in really good condition, with minimal scratches  on the chrome and all original packaging. Also included a belkin case and screen protector, so was almost mint.
