I recently bought a zen touch and it worked fine until now. Whenever I try to upload music to my mp3 player whether its by Creative MediaSource or Windows Media Player ver.10 it won't work. A message keeps popping up saying unable to create file restart player and try again. If someone could help me with this problem that would be great.

Does your computer tell you to restart the player? or is it the Zen Touch?

If it is the Zen Touch producing this message then I suggest upgrading to the new PlayForSure firmware.

The new PlayForSure firmware being released by Creative is only compatible with Windows XP SP2 and greater.

Let me know how you get on.
