I just bought a Kobo ebook from the Whitcoulls website, and it appears in my orders as dispatched, but doesn't appear in my elibrary when I browse their shop using my web browser. I also got an email confirmation of purchase. The book was $6.95 so definitely not the paper version ... anyone know if this is a glitch? No one manning their 24/7 phones either :(
Finally managed to get hold of a real live person ... from a number hidden in the FAQs ( and not on the help page ). I was told they're experiencing difficulties moving purchases to the customers' elibrary .. so she did it manually for me. One would think there would be a status page or something ...
