Your job description of: “IT Engineers” is a little lacking.. what type of IT Engineer? Networking? Systems? Security? Fixing? Programming? Linux/Windows/FreeBSD? What OSs? Pay Level? So many questions that a good job description would explain.. I think people would want more information about the job before someone would apply for it/contact you.
As your website is quite broken/not working how are people suppose to even look up what your company does.

Anyone would think their website got compromised and someone posted here to highlight the fact. :-P

What's the fascination with weather anyway? 25 degrees in the winter? Fark that. I like winter! A good time to drink dark beers and red wine by the fire. And if it is nice and sunny all year round who the feck wants to be stuck inside all day?

Maybe being a builder on the GC is more appealing than working in IT.

Bear in mind that it's not nice and sunny all year round... in summer its horrible and sunny... 40+C stinking hot summers. Not to mention the flood season.
