Ever thought of crossing the ditch but not sure what is on the other side? Let me tell you : Sun, Surf, Sport, the ladies or men if your that way inclined.. Actually if I need to tell you about the Gold coast then you probably haven’t even dreamed of the lifestyle and therefore would not be worthy of the job. But here is just a reminder : http://www.visitgoldcoast.com/ Oh did I mention the weather it was a beautiful 25 degrees today, tomorrow and probably the rest of winter if I had to guess!

Our office has Pool tables, driving simulators, X-Box & PlayStation games areas, fully stocked bar, a full gym with cardio kit. We are still lobbying management for a slide with ball pit or a fireman’s pole at a minimum. Come and join some other ex-pats. Currently on staff we have 3 relocated Kiwis’, one monster Dutchman and the obligatory Frenchman to bring class and good food. Oh we also hire a dozen or so Aussies but don’t hold that against us. I can promise we have a great team and while we may work hard we tend to player harder!

We can help you find a place to live, done it before and happy to do it again! I suppose I should mention what the job is. Wanted “IT Engineers”. We are going through continued phenomenal growth and thought it poor form if we tried to continue to poach guys from the surrounding areas, so we thought we’d put the call out to our Kiwi brothers or sisters looking for the next step. So if you are bored of cold winters, want to capitalise on a brilliant exchange rate and get some early seats to the Commonwealth Games, come now. Check out our website ongc.com.au or on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/ongcsystems, send us an email careers@... Or give us a call. Cher Bro!

Your site doesnt work for me i just get a blank blue page in both FF and IE, and what does the actual job entail? what skills do you need, you have done a good job of portraying the perks of the job but a poor job of portraying what the actual job is

As above.. rather than copy paste your Facebook status with no formatting (great way to impress the IT industry), why don't you actually tell your prospective employees/colleagues what you are looking for?

I am giving you the benefit of the doubt, lets see if you return to actually give some real information or answers.
My colleagues may just ban you anyway tho.

(ps website work fine for me)

I guess the job must be to set up the web site properly. undecided

I also suspect that a large chunk of the job would probably also be recruiting other "IT Engineers", in return for a commission. And perhaps recruiting "IT Engineer recruiters" who would pay you a chunk of their commission.

Actually, my experience has been that when a specific job isn't mentioned and described, the job doesn't exist, and the ad is just a recruitment agency or similar trawling to fill out their lists of candidates.

This is just spam

The linked website contains no content, just lots of links forwarding to other websites such as seek and other dodgier recruitment sites.  It doesn't even say what 'ONGC' is or give contact details for the 'company', if it in fact exists

But they might get a slide!

I made a post which was deleted, which I then felt pretty bad about because I'd seen it and thought it was spam in Off-Topic, was about to apologise to the poster then saw other people saying much the same stuff.

Wayback cached version of the website shows they are an Acer service center.. Hell will freeze over before I ever go work for a company that pushes Acer in the Enterprise.

The linked website isn't working for me either - I haven't dug into why but it may be a legit mistake...

A quick google for the OPs name leads to a linkedin profile that looks real, and from there to the linkedin page for the company, which also looks real enough:

ONGC Systems is a real IT support company over there, but whether this is actually them or not posting, who knows. If they'll pay my move costs and a salary of $150K+/year I'll think about trying it :P

Not sure if we have a common friend - maybe.

Some IP ranges were blocked to website @ HOSTIN ISP due to increased remote Hacking incidents

Therefore if you are actually interested go to the contact site or even call

send your resume, I am sure you would be able to locate an address if interested

Once I can see your skill set we can chat

Cheers & hopefully talk to a couple of you soon
