For you as a job candidate, being able to think about the answers and then record yourself answering the standard questions doesn't sound like a bad thing.  it is a less personal process, but for situations where there are a high number of responses to a small number of jobs it allows you to practise your answers before delivering them with your best Oscar-winning performance.

I don't think you get time to think there is timer and you just have to go like boom boom boom without deviating from the subject.

1) If you've killed anyone, don't tell them.
2) If you're a spy for another Telco, don't tell them.
3) If you've ever done anything you're not proud of, don't tell them.

Otherwise, be honest, be yourself, try not to be nervous (think of them as normal people) and go in confident, be prepared for anything (including the "have you ever killed anyone" question).

Another protip with interviews that people often use is the "water test" which is place a jug of water and cups, they'll pour you some and when you go refill they'll watch you - it gauges how nervous you are.

Confidence and your image is your two biggest winning points - go in as "Smart Casual" with the dress code and just be confident.

Oh yeah theres some paractice question in the beginning and then 3 or 4 questions that youd be judged on. Just make sure you look at your camera all the time cause that seems to prove you are showing some interest.

Which proves what exactly? certainly not that you are or are not the right person for the job.
