We are a  busy Motorola radio dealer with over 20 years in the industry, who run a large multisite  Digital DMR  and Analog trunked mobile radio network, and are looking for an additional Mobile radio Installation/Technician

The Job is based in Penrose and mainly out and about in Auckland, but covers other towns and cities at times.

Position is varied,  but will be a mixture of install work for vehicles, buildings, repeater sites, setup and programming of new radios, custom projects, GPS tracking and basic repairs to equipment.

A more detailed job description is available on request

 


Training available to the right person, however it would be an advantage to have experience or  knowledge of some (or all) of the following

 

 

 

2 way radio and repeater experience, VHF and UHF

 

Experience or interest in Auto electrical / Electrical systems 

 

Experience or interest in Electronics 

IP Computer Networking

A good problem solving ability

 

Willingness to learn 

 



Job involves a mixture of workshop and field work, so a full drivers licence is required.
