Business Process Analyst / Change Manager / Telco Business Development Manager / Electronic Engineer / Inventor of www.hybrids.co.nz and simply honest and reliable man is considering to change the place of the day job to Greenlane Business Park.

The office building in Auckland CBD where my current day job is (over 3 years now) – is undergoing re-construction and that is planned for another many months - the roof is to be removed and 4 extra levels to be built on top. Working in the building where the construction is ongoing is not something I would prefer if other options were available.

Walking to the office from my home in Greenlane vs driving 8 km would be much better option, hence looking at Greenlane Buisness Park on Great South Road, including new Goodman Development. http://nz.goodman.com/property/properties-for-lease/central-park-corporate-centre Please give me an offer: It has to be:

a) Good company (my current one is a good one)
b) Good people (those many I am engaged with - are good folks)
c) The job has to be not boring (my current is not boring and provides a lot of opportunities)

In return - company would get 100% of delivery on every commitment I've made...
