I have started web business and seeking specially programmer and who have strong knowledge in database. It's a classified advertising site,so if any one interested to work part time to coding then i am interested to hear from. I would prefer email communication first then we can discuss further.

Would be interested in knowing more about what you mean by a new profit sharing business. Does the business advertise with you, and depending on their sales, you earn more if they sell more via their advertising? I have seen a recent increase in businesses starting to use this model, and my feedback from clients is that it is not a particularly popular model. In the industry they are called a 'Shared Success Model'

This is not the MLM or other only commission earned type business. We can earn long term and we all people who engage to this project own the business (business owner),so i am looking talent programmer who can code as our requirement. If you have any relevant experience we can discuss.

Let's make this clear then: are you looking for someone to fill a paid position as a developer, or are you looking for someone to work in exchange of a participation in the company?

If the second, I will be clear: people should not work for free - unless it's their own idea. Of course there will always be someone who goes against common sense.
