We are looking for a candidate with excellent networking & Telephony/VOIP skills. The position is responsible for providing high quality ICT consultancy and support to LANWorx customers. The role is for a Tier 2/3 level consultant and requires a broad range of good solid general ICT skills with appropriate experience and / or qualifications such as Microsoft certifications or CCNA or working towards these or similar.

Technical Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
At least 4 year's practical hands on experience in a similar role.
Experience looking after customers preferred, as this role will be looking after our valued customer base.
Excellent understanding of Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Symantec, Cisco, Fortinet ,& VMware.
Excellent understanding of VOIP - PABX Products.
Understanding of WAN connection Products and topologies.
Understanding of Internet connection Products and topologies.
Project management skills advantageous.
