Experienced MSP IT Operations Manager.

Been with my current company for 4-5 years now and looking to venture out to see what else is out there.

In my current role I look after: Service Desk, Field / System Engineers (national) and NOC Team.

I am in charge of hiring, KPI's, HR related matters, Salary increase etc

I love customer service, process and off course geeky things :)

Basically everything you would expect out of a Operations Manager and a few extras.
