How hard would be for a 28 yeard old south american web developer with 1 year of Ruby/Bootstrap/Jquery experience to find a job in New Zealand?

 

Would be easier if I search for jobs outside of Auckland or Wellington?

No idea. It would depend on your exact experience, qualifications, projects, etc. Not difficult for the right candidate is my guess.
