I am experienced in Linux Systems Admin for small Internet Service Providers. I started with the company I am still with in 1999 and have been an employee and contractor. In addition I run my own servers and an e-commerce business.

I am looking for another gig, preferably part time and with some or most work done by remote. I am interested in looking at part remuneration by equity (shares) for a project with good prospects.

I'm thinking ideally a website or a tangible product, but not an ISP (It's too late to get into that industry and most angles are already well served).

Most job forums are limited to employers advertising for employees. This combined with most of the job listings being recruitment agencies, I am not aware of a good platform. I have tried Elance and another one who's name I can't recall but left them pretty quickly once I realised the majority of buyers were looking for cheap labour in developing countries.

Can someone offer some helpful advice or somewhere I can look please?
