If you're trying to discourage people from applying to a job, use this phrase in your job description

"Junior/Mid-Level Software Engineer C# / CBD / Financial

...

The ability to bring your whole self to work (we don't want you to leave part of you at home)

Agreed.

 

The statement looks bad on it's own, but when read in context with the rest of what 'They offer', it's potentially referring to be yourself at work.
