Haven't installed myself yet but reports say it includes 4K and HDR.

I have an AppleTV 4 and an AppleTV 4K (gen 5). I notice when I try to play HDR content on the prime video app on my AppleTV 4K it doesn’t start and just goes to a grey screen. Eg patriot ep 3.
The same plays fine on the older AppleTV 4 but it won’t be attempting to play the HDR version.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue on the AppleTV 4K (gen 5)?
I have deleted the app and deregistered the app and then set it up again. Same issue.

Seems like there’s issues with 5.1 content only playing as stereo.

It does on mine now too. They must have done something because it worked this morning after I contacted them. I have set my AppleTV to respect the source HDR mode. I notice that many of the titles that are marked as HDR don’t actually play in HDR, so maybe we are getting an SDR version. A few titles do play in HDR mode.

Apparently there is no 5.1 support. Flash aye!

Like the Prime video app on other platforms, on Apple TV everything I watch is added to the “Watch next TV and Movies” category. This does no add the titles to the wish list, only to the category mentioned.

My question is... how do I remove titles from the “Watch next TV and movies” category on AppleTV?

There does not seem to be a way to do this. I can delete the items easily in the iPhone app.

PS. this is only for titles I have watched being added to that category.  If I add them to the wish list they are easy enough to remove by holding select.

P.P.S. When I contacted amazon they had no idea.  De-register the device they said. I said no thanks sealed

I had this issue with a 1080p title last night, would just go to grey screen. Started another 1080p title and it worked fine, went back to the one that was having trouble and it worked fine. Looks like a possible bug.
