When did you order yours? I placed mine right at midnight and it still hasn’t shipped :’(


The day after the midnight. I went into the store because trying to deal with my accounts online proved to be like banging my head against a wall.

me too.  I’m just ignoring it and assuming that it will arrive today …..



Mine says “ With delivery courier” since around 5:50am this morning.
Given the delays updating this, I wouldn’t worry too much - that update isn’t making me any less impatient :-).

I’m hoping mine arrives in the morning. It always seems to be a bit later - noonish - if you live on the shore. I’ve had a couple of issues with DHL (they don’t even knock on the door to see if you’re there) so I’m a bit nervous it will happen again.. the only solution seems to be to call the call centre, tell them what happened, and get them to deliver on the same day. Fingers crossed everyone!

I’ve added a sign to the door stating they have authority to leave it and my contact details.

That said, Apples notification did say it was contactless delivery - but that may still require them to see/talk to you (had this very issue). Hopefully I see them or the note works.

Not entirely convinced that's true of NZPost/Courierpost to be honest. Something from them takes 2-3 weeks from Auckland, got a keyboard from Texas in 4 days via Fedex and a cell phone from Tokyo in 5 days via DHL. Lets just call our courier companies what they are, useless, outdated and incompetent.

Vodafone.

 

For what it’s worth, I preordered the iPhone 11 two years ago directly from Apple and missed the first batch yet was delivered to me on Sunday (release day was Friday). So DHL deliver weekends too.
